Refund policy

Returns must be received within 14 business days of receipt of package by our customer and will be refunded as long as the jewelry has not been worn, and are in their original purchased condition and with the original packege.

Upon return of product please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

There will be a 5% cancellation fee for all cancellations and returns. The Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancelation of a transaction) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law 1981.

In any cases of return for exchange or cancellation of the purchase the shipping cost will not be refunded. The same applies to any insurance and /or tax fees.

Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for all orders.
